Field Trip
in 2006, the scouts of Pack 124 attended the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum in Manhattan, New York on Sunday, April 23, 2006. This unique attraction includes it's namesake aircraft carrier, the USS Intrepid, as well as the submarine USS Growler, the recently retired supersonic Concorde jet, a large assortment of aircraft, and other displays. Scouts toured the museum grounds, enjoying the sights of some very impressive military hardware from the WWII error to the present day. They even got to climb a rock wall! Everyone had a great time by all accounts, and were even able to snap a few pictures of the day's events!
